Cook's Landscaping is a full-service,
year around property maintenance contractor in business since 1995.
We provide residential
and commercial lawn mowing, Spring and Fall cleanups, mulching, shrub trimming, lawn and landscaping repair and installation, brickwork, etc. This is a great

We hire experienced full time, year around employees;

Reliable transportation to and from the shop in LeRoy is a
must. The workday typically starts in the morning at 7:30 a.m. but can be
weather dependent. We generally work in LeRoy and surrounding areas daily.
Employees will be mowing with 72-inch riding mowers and must have experience on
these machines, cutting straight lines, stripping lawns, etc. All our equipment,
machines, trucks, trailers, tools are well maintained or new. Employees must
have general property maintenance knowledge, mulching, spring and fall cleanups
and shrub trimming as well as good work ethics. Employees may be asked to
work independently, with another team member, or with owner Jim Cook.
Six-day work weeks are common in the spring and during high
demand periods. During the winter months snow plowing hours on residential
driveways will be made available for all full-time employees. Unemployment can
be collected when not working during the off-season. Experience snowplowing is
not necessary, although would be ideal. Compensation is based on experience and negotiable. Hourly
wages starting at $17.00 dollars per hour. Holiday pay is available. Pay checks are issued weekly.
